Details
All covered city properties: commercial properties over 10,000 SF and multifamily properties over 20,000 SF.
Covered non-city commercial properties over 5,000 SF and multifamily properties over 15,000 SF will also be required to report starting in 2025.
Aspen properties will also be required to comply with the Colorado state energy benchmarking ordinance.
